Parish Services

The Parish Council administer about thirty-one allotments in an area bounded by Saddington Road, Pit Hill and Gumley Road. Each year a Challenge Trophy is awarded to the holder who in the opinion of the independent judges has made the best use of their concession. Presently there are a few plots available for aspiring green fingered gardeners who should apply to the Clerk for details.

Smeeton Westerby Allotment Gardens

The Smeeton Westerby Allotment Challenge Shield will be awarded at 12.00pm on Saturday 7th July 2007, on the Green by the allotments.
